Just had 3 chickens roaming neighborhoods for months and months and months. Tearing up mulch beds, plants, grass, wishing well we had on porch, pooping everywhere. They are finally dealt with now we have another black chicken doing the same. Another neighbor thought they could do the same because of the 3 that roamed freely for so long. Thanks for getting the first three taken care of. These people believe they can do whatever they want in the city limits.

Someone has puked in the skywalk from the 4th street parking garage to the Fountain Square Mall. It is EVERYWHERE. I am sorry this is something I have to report!

Under new ovepass-over trail , Gordon Pike Extension : a horrible, gooey, sticky thick mud. Even the walkers have a hard time walking through it. Slipping hazard. Please fix.

Property owner blew leaves all over sidewalks along both Cottage Grove and Lincoln, where they have piled up and are blocking passage and making the walkways slippery and dangerous. If the City refuses to pick up leaves, they should at least follow through and fine people who blow leaves onto ther people's property or public thoroughfares. The argument that the leaves will eventually decay is specious; that line of thought could be extended to saying that there is no need for laws at all because eventually everyone alive today will one day be dead.

Sewage was backing up into our house from the drain line, called out a plumber, and they were able to clear the blockage, but found a break in the line outside of our house due to the recent fiber optic cable installation. The external line needs repaired at this break as mud is still exposed and could cause another blockage in the line and we would also like a reimbursement for the cost of the plumbers that had to come out today.

Could you please ask the landlord at 402 E 1st Street to clean up the leaves in their front yard? Twice now, their leaves have blown onto my property at 404 E 1st Street. I had my yard cleaned before Thanksgiving and again today, December 14. As you can see from the photo, my property (on the left) is well-maintained, while 402 (on the right) is not. I would appreciate it if the landlord could take responsibility and maintain the property in a way that reflects good neighborly behavior. FYI: I do not have trees on my front or side yards. There is an abandoned e-bike (blue in color) that is located on the grass/sidewalk across the South Highland/Willie Streeter Community Gardens. This e-bike has been there for over a month. Who is responsible for moving these to a proper location? What a mess.
