Light Trespass. Ongoing problem. The city has investigated before and confirmed light trespass. The large carriage lights on the east of the house porch are nonconforming with city code, they are unshielded, and are left on all night, as well, and there is light trespass on the neighboring property.This has been verified by a site visit by the city, measured on the neighboring property. Please enforce this. The light trespass is a continuing problem and it is disruptive to neighbors, as well as being a circadian rhythm disruptor. Apparently the house is unoccupied currently, and in a misguided effort to make the house look occupied, the exterior lights are left on all night. Thank you for enforcing the city code, and stopping this violation and nuisance immediately.

Exterior lights on this house are so bright it is hard to sleep, even with curtains to try to block out the light. It’s ridiculous, and it’s illegal light pollution. Please make them stop doing this. They are on all night.

Yet again, a couple days after a big snow, and this sidewalk is still not clear. Why do my kids have to walk in the street to go to school when there is a perfectly good sidewalk? Everyone else has managed to clear their sidewalks. These folks obviously are not hurting for money. They could hire it done. I don’t know why the city is not enforcing this.

Snow is never cleared at this address, why do I as a parent have to act like the police. Children walk to school. This house is a repeat offender, so this is one more thing to do as a parent? Light trespass. Exterior lights on the porch unshielded in violation of city code measurably affecting neighboring properties. This is a known issue documented by city site visit measuring light trespass. Currently lights are left on 24/7.
