As evidenced by the attached picture, the city plowed a significant amount of snow in front of our mailbox making it inaccessible to the post office. Since the snow will not be melting for a few weeks we need the city to help us access the mailbox by doing a small amount of additional plowing. We are current not able to receive our mail. No shoveling at the apartment building
I took the time to shovel my walk as required but the truck has now come through and pushed snow onto the walk. In addition the truck piles sidewalk at the corner making it a waste of time to shovel the walk because it is blocked by a mountain. This snow that the truck has pushed onto the walk is packed and too heav for homeowner removal!

When plowing the roads, all the snow is pushed up against my car. Only half the road is plowed. I park in regulated city parking. I am curious if the snow removal plows plan to remove the large amounts of snow on the sides of the roads that keep my car trapped. It is too packed down to shovel, as I have tried numerous times. It is not just my parking spot; everyone parked on Clark Street cannot remove the two feet of snow and ice being pushed against our cars. Thank you for your concern.
Excess snow has been pushed from the street into the easement/entrance of the city's property, blocking entrance to our driveway. Cars have been getting stuck in the snow and it needs clearing.

The snow that has been plowed in the street has been pushed into my driveway. I cleared a path to get to my car since I’m not able to get into the driveway and have to park on the street. Plowing today covered my path at the street and put another snow bank behind my car. Please help me get access to my driveway.
