In the 2700 and 2800 blocks of N Dunn St, in the southbound lanes, there are series of potholes that are jolting. They are forcing southbound traffic into the northbound lane in an area of hills where visibility is dicey.

Norman and code enforcement department, Park Ridge needs your assistance again on this same address please. 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention The house is not being cared for and has become a flophouse for the homeless and drug users. The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Please help! We had the water meter turned off due to a line break. Our plumber tells us the meter itself is shatter and will need to be replaced.
Pothole where Driscoll crosses Grant..
Just a question regarding the signal at 10th and the Bypass, specifically when a train is passing, just south of the intersection: why is eastbound traffic not given a green light? It makes sense that southbound traffic at that intersection shouldn't get a green light until the train has passed, but I'm uncertain why traffic on 10th, heading straight east, is held up when there's a train. Thanks!
Traffic light for Wynnedale cycles through even though there isn't anyone there causing traffic to backup over the bridge in the mornings and to back up to Landmark in the evenings. This morning a car was stopped going eastbound on 3rd street just seconds after the light turned red to make a left turn onto Franklin, they did not get the arrow. There wasn't anyone turning left westbound but that traffic got the green light while eastbound traffic had to wait. The issue with the light cycling through for the Wynnedale traffic has been ongoing for at least 2 weeks.
