The streetlight on the northwest corner of 20th and Lincoln isn't working.
the Polly Grimshaw trail is in its usual state of near impassability. The limbs down, overhanging branches and vines, weeds and dead plant trash in the R-O-W all serve to make the way at best hazardous, at worst downright dangerous. I'm not asking you folks to maintain this east side artery to the same standards that you use for the Monon Railroad trail, but. Especially nowadays when it's more dangerous to ride to campus than ever from the east due to continuous construction, Please pay a little attention to this path. Thank You for your assistance with this situation.
Overgrown plants and flowers are blocking the sidewalk in front of 521 W. 4th St.

The construction plan and closures are ridiculous. We get no notice of any road closures and we now have one way in and out of our apartment complex, which leads to a congested one lane road. We received no notice of any road closures which included our side of 45/46 and Pete Ellis. How am I supposed to get to work on time when you change the roads and lights during rush hour traffic which causes major traffic jams. The overall thought and planning put into all road construction in Bloomington is abysmal. If giving notice of road closures is too difficult to do then try to focus on completing the construction on one road before starting construction on another.
There is a tree limb across the multi-use path on the north side of the Miller Showers Park.
Could you please look at putting a 4-way stop in at the intersection of Pete Ellis and Longview. Because of the increased traffic due to the closing of the 10th and by-pass intersection, it makes it nearly impossible to get across Pete Ellis whilst traveling on Longview.
There is no sign instructing vehicles leaving the Jordan Avenue garage driveway that they are entering a roundabout, so most of them turn left by entering the roundabout and immediately turning left. This causes near-head-on collisions as vehicles driving south on Jordan follow the roundabout around to enter the parking garage driveway.
Tree on the southeast corner of 4th & Rogers blocks vision looking south on Rogers. Very difficult for cars to see if other cars are coming down the hill.
