This is the 3rd time I am reporting this problem. This light works intermittantly, but mostly off. The light in on the south side of the street in the middle of E Wyndam Crt. in front of the empty lot.

The alley behind the houses (Highland and Hunter) 1310 E. Hunter is not passable. Can someone plow the snow and lay salt / sand? Students are starting to may their way back and need to access the alley.

Snow needs shoveled on the walk way. Snow plow pushed snow into walkway. No one salted area very slick
