House at 3000 N. Lakewood Court Bloomington 47408 has had abandoned refrigerator, smoker, and other trash in driveway and on front porch for several months. Also has a large pile of yard waste next to the driveway. Homeowner is rarely present and appears to live at a different residence. Outside lights are always on.

On 05Jan2018, a depression appeared on the street. It appears to be cracking through the pavement across a large portion.

It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.
