Deer Park Management is charging residents at The Boulders $15.00/1,000 gallons, despite telling tenants they are only passing along the same costs as the city. Who can I speak with about this illegal activity?
This morning when I came through Bloomington, the traffic signals on College Ave from 6th to 3rd Streets were totally out of sync and I got stopped at a red light for a full cycle at each light.
On Cantlin Drive there is a large bump in the road and it is chipping away and causing problems for the mail service. At 3041 area.
My daughter Jordan Ozolin lives at a rental house located at 523 S Park Ave. She lives with three other female roommates. Today, 12-4-17, at 3:13pm she called 911 to report a potential intruder into the house based on unusual sounds and a suspect grey Mitsubishi Eclipse sports car parked in the houses restricted parking lot at the rear of the house. Police arrived, cleared the house, and had a discussion with the man who returned to claim the Mitsubishi Eclipse. According to my daughter, the man claimed to be a construction worker, and was looking for a parking spot closer to where he said he was working. A picture of the Eclipse and license plate, “7FRESH7” is attached, as taken by my daughter when the car was parked in the restricted parking lot. This plate information was provided to the police. I am sending this report due to the concern that I have for my daughter and her roommates’ safety. The Eclipse, as well as a pickup at some point in the day, were seen in the restricted parking lot, and reported to the police when they arrived. According to my daughter, other neighbors saw the suspect vehicles and witnessed someone trying to open the door to the house. I respectfully request the police do several actions in response to this incident to support the safety of my daughter and her roommates: 1) Periodically drive by the 523 S Park Avenue house, both front and back sides (where the restricted parking lot is) and check for the suspect vehicles (specifically the Mitsubishi and/or pickup truck), and if found present, conduct a local search for the owner, and if not present, have the vehicle(s) towed away. 2) Since the police have the means of determining the owner of the Eclipse with the “7FRESH7” plate and owner’s residence, request that the police conduct periodic checks of the owner’s residence for suspicious activity, and take responsive action if warranted. I'm not sure which service to report this under, but Deer Park Management has not been sufficiently taking care of leaf removal at The Boulders apartment complex. They hired a contractor, who just blew the leaves onto the curb/street/sidewalk, leaving some of the sidewalks covered in leaves (slippery when wet), and blocking storm drains in the street. I also noticed on the leaf pickup map that our neighborhood was marked as complete, but if you were to drive through, you would see that this isn't the case (S. Weatherstone Lane).

To: Mayor Hamilton, if you could please look at ureport case #161401 from october 3. now it is 2 months later & that crosswalk button at a very busy intersection (west 3rd st & franklin) still isn't fixed. i see mr. cibor's note there from oct.18 but even if he has to coordinate with another agency, it still shouldn't take this long. i am afraid i am going to get hit by a big truck. i cannot walk very fast because of medical problems. also, there will be snow & ice soon, making crossing there even more difficult.
There is a dead deer along the side of W. Bloomfield Road, near the Twin Lakes Recreation Center. The deer is on the north side of the road.
There has been a Ford Explorer parked on the street in front of her house for years. She is wondering if the owner of the vehicle can be contacted to have it moved or if it is an abandoned vehicle that can be removed. her address is 708 W. Dixie St.
