Street light over the main entrance to the City Utilities service yard has been out for a year. You'd think one of the 100 employees that go in and out of that gate might make a note of it.

I live on W Smith Avenue in Bloomington Indiana and this is a brief clip of the construction that continues to go on literally steps outside my apartment. I am shooting this video from just inside my door. I am most concerned with the extreme noise pollution that has to violate the noise ordinance, not to mention the safety hazard and risk management nightmare presented by the fact that less than 5 feet and some yellow caution tape separates my front step and a 15+ foot drop. We have not been contacted by anyone working on this project or any city officials, except that we were notified by our landlord that they afraid that our 'car was going to fall into the hole.' My mother is elderly (86) and lives at 510 W. Dodds St. There used to be an ornamental tree in front of her house in the treeplot. It was removed a couple of years ago and now a tag has been put in the treeplot indicating it is for a tree to be planted. Could we PLEASE request a tree that doesn't have crabapples or berries? It is not possible for her to clean up the messes on the sidewalk and she has to pay someone to do it for her. I'm not sure if I got the right place. If not let me know and I'll direct my inquiry to the proper office. Thank you.

At the corner of Lincoln and Dodds. The curbs installed in the middle of the road to slow down traffic: The middle curb has lost its marking pole. At night, a person can easily run into this middle curb.

Graffiti is located on the East side of the wall in the alley (multiple places) and a new offensive marking on the NE corner of the brick wall. The last time I reported it, nothing was removed.

Visiting from erie,pa. Parents live here & I will relocate here after retirement. Enjoy walking trails. So much. Have encountered horses x2 on clear creek trail between that rd. Not hard 2 ascertain from where the horses come from. Who is liable if accident/incident occurs? Rules of trails clearly posted. My 10lb lhasa apso is harnessed securley on lead but was very spooked by horses & horses were not happy either by their obvious reactions. My little dog & I had no where 2 go but off in brush @ side of trail. Again, who is liable if someone gets hurts????It will happen. Horses & wrong dog,place & time someone is gonna b hurt.
