The south crosswalk at this intersection near The Chocolate Moose had a large gap from concrete separation or pothole-like damage. My 62-year-old mother fell hard because her foot hit it. It is an unsafe surface for a crosswalk and can hurt people. Could especially be a problem if someone is quickly crossing without the walk signal on and trips in front of oncoming traffic. Please fix it.

There is a half-fallen-down branch in the tree plot in front of 212 E. 2nd Street. The leafy branches of that still-connected branch make it hard for cars to have good visibility when making left-hand turns from S. Lincoln onto 2nd Street. That branch needs to be removed before there is an accident.
