Please designate turn lanes (even if it's just one lane) at the stop sign heading east on Covenanter Drive at Buick-Cadillac Blvd (and entrance to Kroger). It is hard enough when people in B'ton tend to lack a knowledge of 4-way stop laws, and the use of turn signals is inconsistent at best. Thanks!!

(I have meant to send this for a couple years, and have since moved and no longer use this crosswalk, so things may already have changed). Please add or move the street light on the southwest corner (where the costume store was) of 10th and Bypass to where the south crosswalk begins (at the walk signal). People turning right don't always look for people crossing from the corner nearest the bus stop, and at night, pedestrians are really hard to see in the crosswalk, which runs parallel to the train tracks and heads to the apartment complexes and strip mall on the east side of bypass. I have been trying to pay water bill online for quite some time today and every time I do it says runtime error. This has occurred on two laptops and a cellphone, wifi and cellular data. I will check again tomorrow but I wanted to bring this issue to someone's attention. Thank you.
On the east side of Walnut Street, the last three streetlights just before the 10th street intersection are out. This was observed on Oct 16th, 2017 at roughly 10:45pm

This light hasn't worked forever and when it did, a candle would have been brighter. Heavy traffic area for people walking their dogs and joggers as well as bikers and this whole street is dark at night with the exception of one street light about a 3rd of the way down, and one at the intersection of Elliston and Bainbridge.
The manhole cover to my water thing in the backyard is open. My dog almost fell in. Please fix this. My address is 1812 S. High St.
