On East Third in front of Smoke Time. The utility cut in the street was covered with asphalt but the asphalt is now peeling in the cold and the utility cut is open and may damage someone’s tires. A cone or warning sign would be helpful until it is warm enough to fix this issue. Thanks!

Snow and ice cover this corner on both streets. The snow stopped falling on Saturday and it’s Wednesday morning. Please do a better job of enforcing the ordinance. And please clear the alleys where they intersect with sidewalks. Sidewalks are part of our transportation system. Please treat them like streets. Thanks.

There is a traffic circle here that some people treat as a traffic circle and some people treat as a Y intersection. Some "one way" signs at the circle would help to clarify this intersection. Thank you.
