This is also a place where a school bus turns every day. Car parks here all the time. Behind this car is a motorcycle under a tarp that has been parked for at least six months.

The person who lives here, Frank, rides his bike on the sidewalk with his two (sometimes) leashed dogs. I have witnessed these dogs almost hit by cars in cross streets due to the speed and visibility issues, as well as getting caught in the bike tires. This is dangerous for people living in the neighborhood, as well as his poor dogs.
