Hello, my complaint is about the Monroe County Court. Unfortunately there are other issues outside the statute of limitation because of how long it's been, including but not limited to discrimination. The current issue is that the Child Support Prosecutor as well as the child support office has set up a system utilizing their friendship with the judge in order to benefit themselves financially as well as career wise. They have and continue to blatantly violate people's rights to a fair and unbiased trial as well as the due process of law unfortunately, without any concern whatsoever to their clients/ the people and children of Monroe County. I was personally discriminated against by a judge who ruled a fake blatantly discriminatory ruling that didn't exist in law... My ex-wife continues to accuse them of stealing the child support payments over the last 6 years and they refuse to investigate themselves, simply focused on maintaining their child support base (they love mentioning how they don't care what are the kids are getting the money or not because I'm receiving credit for my payments.... "And that it's not my concern whether they get the money or not...". They only care about the credit they get for the child support in order to gain Federal funding and obtain bonuses, further investigation shows they're all friends on social media, exacerbating the theory that they are utilizing their position of power with the sole intent of benefiting themselves, and if my ex-wife is Right possibly even embezzling child support funds. I am currently obtaining even more evidence and transcripts that prove everything I've stated.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have faced a lot of, (problem(s)/issue(s)), while being (homeless/transient), in, (local: (City/Town(s)), (esp. Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). Please allow all citizens to stay up to date by using an open to all system without the need to sign up to social media. What is posted on social media could be posted on a single city website page, no? Facebook is exclusionary, does not allow all citizens to see all that you post. If you want to reach people through facebook and others great but the information should be available to all with out jumping through those hoops.

117 S. Heritage Rd. To my big surprise, the trash can lid came back so soon. Thanks a lot. This changed my mind a little. During the construction of Smith Rd, S. Heritage Rd from no car street became a supper high way, the one who is in charge of the construction did not prepared for the transition and when the situation got so dangerous, so many neighbors complained, only kept telling us, when the construction ended, things will go back to normal. That’s terribly unresponsive, I already decided that not to vote to this city government for next tern. Now, I realized some people in the city are more efficient, maybe there still some Hope.

The fact that you guys as a city decided hey lets wait until all the thousands of kids are back in school to start doing construction on roads all around bloomington. You had all summer and you decide to do it now, ive been late to work twice and missed a class start because of the atrocious decision making of the city. I am a college student and could have told you that doing it over the summer would have been so much easier on the workers, and residents. Maybe you guys should hire smarter people.

Bird e-bikes are terrible. Solid rubber tires make for a nasty rough ride. No bell to alert nearby pedestrians or cyclists if needed. Frame is so tall that even on its lowest seat setting it’s barely possible to get on it. A smaller adult than I would not be able to ride this bike at all. Lime bikes were far better quality ride. Alas, I’m using my car much more frequently now that the city refused to find a common ground with Lime and Lime e-bikes are gone.

8:04pm, Friday, November 8, 2024: A Marshall Security vehicle came out of Switchyard Park on the west side along Rogers without stopping, turned south on Rogers in front of traffic, and had a single headlight and a single taillight and no turn signals used. This was a small vehicle that has a small truck bed to it they use for patrols. This is not the first time I have seen Marshall Security disregarding traffic laws in that vehicle. Can the City address this? They need to repair the burnt out headlight and taillight as it is illegal to operate a licensed motor vehicle on the streets without those.
