Our neighbor has a chicken coop in their backyard that has created a very foul smell that extends across our entire property. We have contacted the neighbor directly about the issue and while they did clean the coop at that time, it seems as though they have not kept up with cleaning and the smell has returned. We have absolutely no issue with the neighbor having the chickens, nor did we want to elevate this issue, but we also cannot repeatedly contact the neighbor to remind them to clean their coop. Per city code "the chicken coop and run must be kept clean, dry and odor free."

The EASEMENT to this property is on Habitat Street. It is STILL overgrown and blocking the sight line of traffic. Some are about 4ft tall now. If it is not the responsibility of this property owner, whose it?!
