Several houses in neighborhood recently emptied out and the tenants put all their trash in a large pile on 12th Street outside this house. Who is responsible for removing it? Some addresses involved were 201, 207 and 209 E. 12th Street.

This house has had several bags of trash in their yard for over a month. Animals have gotten into it and spread it around and instead of putting it in their trash cans (which are right next to the torn bags) they continue to ignore it and trash has been spreading down the sidewalk and the street.

The graffiti on the west wall of the College Ave railroad trestle is OUT OF CONTROL. It must be painted over or removed ASAP. What happened to the policy of removing or painting over graffiti as soon as it is seen and reported? Our former mayor Tomi Allison instituted this policy and it works because the criminals know their defacement will be removed or painted over before it has it's intended gang communication or political statement effect. College Ave is a street which gives a first impression to visitors, IU parents and students and countless others. Railroad trestle walls (like the one on East 10th Street just past Union St. that I complained multiple times about) are prime targets for graffiti criminals (public and private defacement is against the law) and must be dealt with by the citizens and police being alert and reporting incidents of it.
Refuse accumulating on west side of College Ave. just south of railroad overpass, deposited by vagrants, much of it likely stolen. Is this RR property? If so, can they be required to clean this up? On a main thoroughfare in City and directly across from law office.
This is not an urgent matter, but if your workers are grinding bumps in sidewalks in our area, you might want to check South Brighton Crest. No horrendous bumps as tree roots push up sidewalks, but a number that could trip pedestrians on a street heavily used by walkers. Thanks very much for your attention to this matter.
Hello, I’m writing concerning a little stretch of S. Rose Ave that could use some new asphalt. It looks like the road bed was laid down at some point, but never got completely finished. Easiest to see from an overhead view (attached). Vehicles turning south on Rose Ave are always coming off the road at the corner and churning up the gravel and grass on the verge. It’s pretty unsightly. I don't know when S. Rose is due for a new surface (S. Anita got one a year or two ago), but is there any chance of having that section cleaned up when it does?
