Over growth of weeds

Over growth of weeds
The crosswalk light is automatically coming on, even if there are no pedestrians, causing traffic backups for people trying to turn west onto 45/46 that are facing north on Kinser Pike.
Over a year ago, new water lines were installed along Brookdale to accommodate a new apartment complex on the west side of Kinser Pike. (Aspen Apts.) That construction dug up parts of the yards of the houses on Brookdale as well as part of the street itself. The street was never repaved and the areas that were covered up with dirt become muddy when it rains.
Weeds are so overgrown at this corner that cars turning onto Kinser from Brookdale cannot see Cars coming from the north.
No parking signs on Brookdale and 1500 block of N Woodburn Ave have disappeared. There should be signs on both sides of these streets.
Kittens got into nest and found baby in mouth he’s fine he’s ate healthy poop but I can’t find mother he’s been sitting in different spots
At the intersection of College and 2nd St.. Westbound traffic and the southbound turn lane are getting virtually no green time at the light. It was literally five seconds of green light. Considering we all have to go south at that intersection due to construction, it needs to be addressed. Thank you.
This is a thank you to the Streets mowing crew. (I listed "debris removal" as the issue because I think that is likely to get to the right people.) This morning while walking my children to the first day of school, I saw City of Bloomington Streets mower machines taking out all the overgrowth at the railroad property on either side of the Fairview/11th Street underpass under the railroad. Thank you! The sidewalk is so much clearer!
I cannot fathom why, every year, Bloomington literally decides to wait until the very first day of school to start a construction project on any main road leading to a school. Does that sound smart to you?? To ensure that all major roads leading to schools are down to one lane on the first day, almost certainly causing not only students to run late but parents late to work and likely more accidents??? Does that sound smart to yall?? It must because we’ve got construction on 10/bipass, bethel, and N walnut. Do. Better.
