On Saturday evening, I was running on the Renwick Trail that connects Moores Pike to Sare Road. On the trail, a man was repeatedly driving a moped with children on the back of the moped. The trail, I believe, is intended only for cyclists, runners, and walkers, not for motorized vehicles, though there is no sign overtly prohibiting such use. The trail is winding and narrow and it was getting dark, making it very dangerous for this moped to drive through the trail. Several runners had to step off the trail to avoid the vehicle. I confronted the man about the issue, telling him it was not safe, but he was resistant, saying if I showed him a sign he would stop. I suspect he intends to ride the trail again. I request that, assuming such use of the trail is prohibited, a sign for the trail and for the police to keep an eye out for this man on his moped to keep the trail safe. Thank you.

A tree from what I believe is City property in Griffy Lake Nature Preserve has fallen and landed in my backyard. I called the non-emergency number to report about a week ago but haven't heard anything. The tree is tall and half is still standing with other half in my yard. I am at 423 East Lakewood Drive. My son just moved to a house in Bloomington and discovered upon move in the the house is infested with mice - is there a program in Bloomington for Rodent control that I can contact? Is there a place to report that the landlord has not properly cleaned a house for rental?

Due to construction on 10th near Fee Lane, the cross walk stripes have been erroded and therefore are not visible. A concern was called into the Campus Safety Office that with students returning that there could be accident with a collision and a pedestrian.

The lights along 10th near Fee Lane are out due to construction. A call was received at the IU Campus safety office with this concern as student will be arriving on campus and at night students may not be seen as the lights ore out.

The street was fixed last year, but tarmac is breaking, and it is slowly shifting downhill, across the whole street.

There are may potholes, some quite large and getting larger, on Maxwell Drive, east of High Street. Please get these fixed as this is a well used bike route and someone is going to hit one of these and injure themselves. Thank you.
