On your list of Commonly Mistaken City Services you list Medicare (health insurance for people over 65)as a state service. You meant Medicaid (health care services for the poor). Your link is correct--it goes to the state's medicaid page. Please correct your list. Thank you.
Severe split in branch of tree overhanging park path and playground equipment. Looks to be a severe hazard! I couldn't upload a picture on my iPhone but I have a couple if someone could e-mail me with an address. It is at lower cascades park near the disc swings.

There is an alley between wylie and Dodds street that is used extensively by hospital employees as well as the four families that use the alley as access to off street parking. It needs patched. It has been in bad condition for several years. Considering the heavy traffic in this alleyway, it needs improvement.
At Bryan Park right by the swimming pool, between the sidewalk and Woodlawn, there is a water pipe with the cover missing. The cover is sitting on the grass right beside the pipe opening but looks to be damaged. This is a fairly large hole in the ground and could be a danger if a child or pet accidentally stepped into it. Again, this is right near the fenced part of the pool and on the strip of grass that is between the sidewalk and Woodlawn.
