House is empty. exterior lights. violation of municipal code, on 24/7 now. Nuisance lights on exterior east side. There are multiple owners of this property, apparently not all are notified? All lighting fixtures shall be installed so as not to cause glare at or beyond the property line and shall not be aimed toward traffic. Shielding. ii. Light Trespass. Hello, sand and small stones have been left on the sidewalk since winter have not been cleared. There is a slip and fall hazard for pedestrians there. Please fix it as many people use this sidewalk. It is immediately in front of a Monroe County government building. Thank you.
