Vehicles driving east on Grimes often stop in the middle of the road (rather than in their "lane") at the stop sign at Woodlawn. This makes it impossible to turn onto Grimes from Woodlawn until they have moved on, leading to difficult and unpredictable traffic situations. Would it be possible to put a center line here on Grimes, just for the intersection and the approach to it? To encourage drivers on Grimes to be in their lane when they stop at the intersection.

There is a large tree (ash or elm?) across from my house that appears to be rotted out from the inside. My neighbor spoke to a Parks & Recreation employee who shares our concern that it is structurally unsound. I worry that during the next big storm it will fall on one of our houses. Please move it to the top of your list for removal! I know there is another tree in Butler Park about two blocks east on W. 9th that is scheduled for removal. Resident is feeding deer. Last night a large amount of apples and almonds were left on stone bench in front of house. Three large bucks live nearby in the neighborhood and travel together. They enjoy this feeding station.
