I was out of town for a few days and when I returned found what appears to be a survey stake in my backyard, a wooden stake with orange flagging tied to it. I don't see any other stakes in any direction and this one is unmarked. Was this left by the city and can I now remove it? My address is 3109 S. Daniel St.
Southbound on Rogers at Grimes. Light doesn't seem to give a green light for southbound traffic unless there is someone in the left turn lane to turn West on Grimes.
