The one way sign on 6th & Indiana is broken and facing the wrong direction. I've seen at least two vehicles turn west into 6th Street from Indiana. Fortunately, there were no vehicles approaching the intersection.

Shrubs in front of Gouldys restraunt supply at 17th and Willis drive are obstructing view of on coming traffic while trying to pull out of Willis drive looking back to the west.
At 15th and Walnut, just west of Walnut, the curb is painted to allow parking. Often there are three cars parked there. When a car is parked as close to Walnut as legally possible according to the yellow curb, it is impossible to come east on 15th and get back over to the stop sign behind the stop line. This means the rear end of one's car is sticking into the westbound lane of 15th, or else the front is sticking into Walnut. If the yellow curb were extended westward from the intersection to leave room for just two cars to park, it would be simple to get over to the stop line and not be in the way of westbound traffic on 15th. I live at 1009 S. Lincoln St., and running in a perpendicular line to the street from our water access, at the house edge of the sidewalk, there's a big hole. It seems to go below the sidewalk a little. I'm not sure if I should just fill it in, or if it is indicative of a larger problem that should be addressed. I'd love a little guidance from the experts!
