There is a pothole at the entrance by the sidewalk. The hole was made when the fiber wires were installed back in November. Never fixed. Vehicles scrap when they drove through it.
Merry go round needs to be lubricated because it turns slowly.
Someone in the houses behind the Bloom apartments is constantly burning their trash. It causes a foul odor and makes it hard to breathe. It impossible to enjoy nice days because the smell is so bad. It poisons the air. Can someone find out who is burning their trash and make them stop?
Not clear if this is the responsibility of 308 or 310, but there is a weedy tree on the south end of the property line between these two lots that has grown out a lot, so much so that it is hard to drive down the alley at this point, especially when there are tons of cars parked back there.
Hello. We are taking a different route to campus now that there is a STOP SIGN at Smith and 10th!!! Hooray and THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! So: pothole on 10th, Westbound, in front of the IU CIBER building. A couple more, but I don't know if you handle potholes close to campus. On 10th in front of Tulip Tree apartments, just before the bridge under the railroad tracks, and also one just after the bridge under the railroad tracks. If IU is responsible for those, disregard. Bus cannot pull over to operate the lift system onto the ramp cars parked there every day usually the same several cars the bus needs to pull over coming from 15th Street to operate the wheelchair lift and when SUVs are parked there and you are small and a chair the bus driver cannot see you trying to wheel out to catch the bus and the bus will pass you by it is also not safe for people to have to run out into the road to stop the bus or with their wheelchair when they shouldn't have to there are usually more cars parked here than this
Throughout the winter and currently, this uninhabited property has had unhoused people utilizing the garage in the back yard. People wander the alley and wander in the yard on a regular basis. The home also never had the sidewalks cleared from snow causing hazardous conditions for those of us who walk. Thank you. Near West Side Neighbors

'Thrasher Lawncare' sign in the grass close to the road. Hard to see on the map if this is ROW. Has been there for almost a year now.
