Jordan Square strip mall does not clear the sidewalk by the intersection of 3d and Jordan. Dangerous to walk through the crosswalks.
403, 405, 409 S Jordan - again, no snow clearance on the sidewalks of these rental homes. Other rental agencies in the block do a good job of clearing snow. This section of the block is heavily travelled by pedestrians and needs to be cleared. It stands out from the rest of the block that is cleared and is dangerous.
Pothole in front of the easternmost driveway (teachers' parking lot) at Rogers/Binford schools on E Second Street.
There is an abandoned building on the SE corner that needs to be torn down. What a mess. Why is this structure allowed to exist.
Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. 400 Block S Jordan has heavy pedestrian traffic and many houses that have not cleared snow at all from sidewalk (403, 405, 409 S Jordan).
Our land lord is responsible for the snow removal, He claims the city changed the requirement and snow removal is no longer required. This is at 207 S Rogers Street, is this true? If so is the city now liable if someone falls and gets injured? He claims all that they have to do is scrape a foot path somewhere on the property a shovel width.

903 S.Maxwell Terrace #B. Ongoing mold issue since September 2015. The leasing company is not properly addressing the root problem. Tenants have been living in mold infested apartments since September. Refusing to get PROFESSIONAL mold inspector to clear and certify safety of the apartment/ building. They are irresponsible. Please send your Inspector from Dep. of Health and Safety IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU
