The website for appealing parking tickets does not work. I've tried for nearly an hour to get my account to let me login, and it simply does not work no matter what I try to do including using a different email, resetting the password several times, etc.

Traffic Related Complaints

Case Date:
5/24/2018

There is an intersection on 3rd Street and South Park Ridge Road that is extremely dangerous. I had a friend get in an accident today making a left out of South Park Ridge Rd. onto 3rd street. Thankfully, no one was injured, however, both cars were totaled. This is the second person I know from my apartment complex that has gotten hit making that same left turn. I, myself, have almost gotten hit there. Upon speaking to the police officer at the scene today, I discovered that there have been numerous accidents at that intersection. There needs to be a traffic light there, or at least a blinking yellow since the speed limit raises to 40 a light before. I hope that other people have complained about this and that this complaint isn't taken lightly. The safety of the many students and permanent residents of Bloomington are more important than the flow of traffic.

I am a homeowner located at 3000 E David Dr Bloomington, IN 47401, and am trying to obtain more information about fence replacement in our backyard related to our property line. We currently have a fence that is constructed of privacy wood panels along the sides of the yard and chain link along the back of the yard, and we are planning to upgrade the chain link to privacy wood panels, so that all sides match. We understand from speaking with our neighbor located on the other side of the chain link fence that documentation was filed with the city when the fence was originally erected by previous owners in order to build the fence on the neighbor's side of the property line, in order to avoid having to remove mature trees located directly on the property line. We are hoping to see a copy of this documentation, and understand what our options are as we replace the fence.
