Sidewalk directly east of/ next to Noodles Restaurant building @ 517 E. Kirkwood is completely dark afer 5:30 pm. Last night, there were people in the tree/shrub area as we walked toward the restaurant, hidden from view. Construction tarp along this sidewalk makes walking along this strip between building potentially dangerous. There is no lighting coming off of the building or the construction site/lot. Suggest some type of lighting from building or IU lot now storing construction materials.

I suggest a camera at the corner of High and Maxwell Lane. We live on the dead end of Maxwell Lane and cars run the 4 way stop multiple times a day. It is very dangerous! Cities use cameras so you don't need an officer sitting there all day. It would also be profitable for the city and no one would run that stop sign twice if they received a $100.00 fine in the mail!!!!!!

The Lutheran church on east Third street has enough mulched leaves for this week. Thank you for the timely action. We will let you know if more are needed after the first batch is distributed.

Several homes in the Stonechase Developement have noticed the water tastes like it is coming out of a hose or metal like. We would like to have our water tested or information given to correct the problem.

I completed this form a couple of weeks ago, but you have not attended to the street light (WHICH IS INTERMITTENT AT BEST). We live at 2206 S. Olde Mill Drive. The light functions sporadically, and the pole leans (please right it).

3rd and Jordan, north bound. The new configuration encourages both north bound lanes to proceed north, which is only one lane wide. The left side light should be left turn only, and that lane should be clearly marked left turn only. I took my granddaughter to lots of Nutcracker rehearsals, and this scared me all the time. Hopefully by next years performance this will be fixed. Otherwise an excellent upgrade to this important intersection.

On 12/3/15, I parked at a meter on Kirkwood in front of the library. I used my debit card and wanted to pay for three hours of parking. The meter would only give me one hour; it did not give me the option to add more time the way most of the meters do. I had to insert my card three times in order to get the desired amount of time, but I see that I was charged the 30 cent convenience fee each time. I don't know the meter number, but this is copied/pasted from my bank statement; I don't know if this will identify the specific meter at issue:

I notice road and sidewalk tabs, but nothing for bicycle paths and lanes. When will a tab to note closures and blockages (or complete removal of things like bike boxes) of any bicycle infrastructure be added to the app? Even short blockages/lane closures are very relevant for bicycle commuters trying to get to work safely and on time.
