Inaccessible Parking

There is a parking space on Cardinal Ct next to #921 that I use when I can't get in our driveway (I have a disability), but the snow plows have been piling the snow there. It also creates an obstacle for the mailman. Another place the snow got piled in the last storm was in front of our and our other neighbor's mailboxes, so that our mailman had to get out and climb over the mound of snow to deliver our mail, for a week or two after the last snow storm. I hate to complain, especially when there's a storm and a lot of extra work to do, but this seems dangerous for him. We live on a culdesac so there are other places the snow could be piled instead of these two spots, which would help us and our mailman greatly. Thank you for all you do!

I heard a loud noise and looked outside. My mailbox was just hit by a snow plow. It is broken. The plow didn't stop. The post was snapped off at the ground.

Street Snow Removal

Please plow and salt Brookstone Court to the back of the court. The back is located between 3400 and 3404 E. Brookstone Court.
I attached a photo highlighting the area in blue that is currently left unsalted and unplowed. When this area isn't treated, the tire-packed snow ices up for several days.
I checked neighboring courts (such as Kings, Dale, Taylor, and Chaudion) and found them completely clear while Brookstone was 2/3 snow & ice covered. I only expect a path to the back of the court, so please make sure driver follows a path similar to the red arrow in the photo to the back of the court.
Thanks!

The underpass for pedestrians and bicycles at 7th and the Bypass gets no attention in freezing weather and turns into a murderous ice hell. Please get some salt down there. If I owned a flat shovel, I would use the inevitably-mountainous piles of salt left on the streets nearby to scatter myself, if only as an act of self preservation. Alas, I do not own such a shovel. Also, the stretch of multi-use path along Park Doral apts. gets little to no attention.

Compact ice and snow builds up on the ped/bike underpass. It's extremely treacherous and NO ONE seems to even care enough to lay down some salt. The multi-use path up east 7th street along Park Doral apartments also sees little to no cleaning, but is supposed to be part of a vital pedestrian and bicycle artery. It might be cold, but we're still trying to use this without killing ourselves.

Shouldn't business like College Mall be responsible for cleaning the public sidewalks? They never get cleaned when it snows, turns to ice and makes it difficult to walk to work there. Is there anything that can be done (a little salt would go a long way!)

I have experienced several potholes around town and have made a list of several locations:
1. The west bound lane of East Rogers Road, between South High Street and Winding Brook Circle.
2. The Roundabout between South High Street and East Winslow Road.
3. Several spots on the north bound lane of South Clarizz Blvd.
Thanks.

I am surprised, as I rode the bus a few days ago and to see a woman,
handicapped in a mechanical chair strapped down only to see her and the chair overturn. To my surprise after helping the woman up and asking if she needed medical assistance, she stated no tand that incidents like that happen often and even if she needed help the bloomington transit never offer to help. You would think that it would be in the best interest of the transit system to take care of individual with special needs, as with many witnesses such neglect of elderly and special need individuals can cost the city millions.
