Two abandoned cars have been parked on the street in front of the house that I rent since Spring2016. We are concerned about who they may belong to and need to have our parking spaces back. Vehicle One is a BMW325xi, plate #610MJF. Vehicle Two is a Saturn that has so much body damage that the model is indistinguishable. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
Our street has no street sign (or stop sign). I live in Winslow Crossing and we don't have a sign at the intersection of Henderson & S Walnut St Pike (nor do we have a stop sign leaving our neighborhood) and it has resulted in a lot of confusion in the slightly more than year I have lived here since I purchased 2851 S Walnut Street Pike. Included are friends/family being unable to locate the address (we have no neighborhood sign and my HOA when I contacted them is in no hurry to get one), when I called for a non-emergency police issue he couldn't find the neighborhood, packages have nearly been sent back or just plain delivered to the wrong address because my address "doesn't exist" (because they can't find it). So I'm wondering what it would take to get a street name sign and hopefully also a stop sign, installed at the main intersection to help with the confusion. THANK YOU Dana Workman! I sent in a UReport this week about our crumbling cul-de-sac. Report was assigned to Dana. The cul-de-sac has already had lots of fresh asphalt put down to help keep it from further deterioration. Again, Thank you, Dana.
The sidewalk in front of the dentist office at 221 east 7th street has a speed bump across it where the parking lot connects to 7th street. This is a tripping hazard for pedestrians.

Summerwood Court Cul-de-sac off Azalea. Asphalt has started crumbling and is breaking up. This circle is a major "turnaround" for vehicles and gets a lot of traffic, which exacerbates the problem. If the City of Bloomington could do some repairs, it might offset the need for a major repair in the spring.
Storm drain on W Adams Hill Cir near the intersection of W Adams Hill Cir and S Adams Street is washing out. The hole keeps getting larger. Storm drain is right across from the retention pond at the intersection mentioned.
Sidewalk is blocked by limestone blocks. Potential tripping hazard.
Does the city offer any kind of composting program? Where can I bring my food scraps to be composted in Bloomington?
