I drove today (May-16, 2014) my car from the South college mall road to took a left turn to E Moores Pike rd. Right after the left turn my right side tires went to Potholes and flatted. I lost two tires and it should be replaceable. Is there any compensation from the city??

I drove my car today(May-16 2014) about 2pm. I got left turn from South college mall road to E Moores Pike.
There was a hole and my car had a flat tire both of them, on the passenger seat side. That should be replaceable.
Do you have any procedures to compensation?

The stop sign going south on Jackson at the corner of Jackson and 3rd street has been removed. The other two stop signs on third street and going north on Jackson have a small sign beneath them saying, "Three way stop." Either the stop sign on Jackson should be replaced or the signs beneath the other two stop signs should say something like, "cross traffic does not stop."

Turning left off of Bethel Lane onto Old 37, a pot hole, just at the crest of the hill, right hand lane, broke off the stabilizer bar on my 98 toyotat 4runner. Just got it back from Thorton's welding, and it cost me $1000. Pot hole is now filled with orange spray paint beside it. Is there any road hazard re-imbursement I am entitled too? Thank you for your time.

Last night in the pouring rain we hit a pot hole that was full of water and it flattened our driver side front tire and we will know later today if it damaged our wheel. Our car is only about 3 weeks old. Purchased new at Toyota. What is our recourse on the pothole Pothole located between CVS (South) and Chase Bank (South). What is our recourse on this unrepaired pothole that damaged our tire and possibly our wheel on my new car?

A tree in the city easement area behind my parents house at 1009 S. Grant fell down and broke their fence and is now in their yard. I have been unable to find the rules applying to this sort of issue and would greatly appreciate any help for them. Thank you

Hello,
I am writing to this email address since I've been told that trees between a sidewalk and the street are considered street trees, and are managed by the City Parks Urban Forestry Program.
I last year bought a house at 3216 E Winston St.. At that time the two trees to the east of the house between the sidewalk and the street looked unwell, but I thought it might be because the summer before had been exceptionally dry, and I knew the house had been vacant (and so presumably not necessarily well cared for) for some time.
However, it's now apparent that one is dead and the other is nearly so.
Can you let me know if the city is responsible for these trees? And if so, if there's another department I should report this to?
Thank you very much for any assistance you can give.
Sincerely,
Tracy Whelan

At SR46 and 10th St. While a train is crossing SR46 I saw two disfunctional aspects of the signaling. 1) The pedestrian crossing requests are totally ignored while the train is crossing SR46. Pedestrian signals stayed red until the train had finished crossing SR46. 2) Eastbound 10th never was given a green signal while the train was crossing SR46. There is no reason that this direction should be kept from crossing and several cars ended up crossing against a red light during the green signal for westbound 10th.

Hi, Seven Oaks Classical Charter School is having a pig roast and silent auction at Bryan Park in June for a fundraiser. I looked through the rules and regs but didn't see anything about having a band/music. *Are those who rent a space at the park allowed to have a music band? Please let me know. Thanks, Linda
