This dog-leg is a heavily used walkway for the employees of Solution Tree that has to walk across the street to get to parking lot. I have almost been hit many times as well as my coworkers. Cars do not slow down and it is a BLIND bend. Please make this a top priority to put a sign up before someone gets seriously injured or killed. The left turn light for southbound Walnut at Hillside is activating with no traffic in the turn lane and stays activated for the maximum timing. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now.
Was any consideration given before closing all 4 corners of the Washington and 10th intersection to pedestrian traffic?
Traffic jams on 2nd and 3rd streets. Synchronizing the lights would greatly reduce backed up traffic. A lot of times during rush hours traffic is halted because the lights all seemingly change at different times
I'm relatively new to Bloomington, and am glad you have a dog park here! I would certainly love to clean up after my dogs, but with the grass so high, I can't find their deposits. Will the grass be cut soon? Also, while I'm here, I'll ask this - are there any plans to add a shelter to the small dog and agility sections? Maybe one straddling both, and with a cover a bit more generous than the one on the big dog side? Thanks!
Hello I am the office manager at Summit Urology located on McIntire Dr off of Tapp Rd and we have a few concerns 1 being that we have a Surgery Center down stairs and we are going to soon have only 1 way in or out of here. This is a concern due to if we ever need an ambulance to come to the surgery center in the event of an emergency and the road be blocked for some reason it could mean life or death for someone. Yesterday the road was blocked off for 38 min no one could get in or out of the medical park. I find this to not be a good result and need to speak to someone about our concerns.

I live at 608 South Washington. The property just to the south of me has had a large pile of trash sitting out front for several weeks now. It was tagged for non-collection. The parties responsible simply didn't do anything with it afterward. Thank you.
703 E 11th St home has big hole in side window. It looks as if someone threw an object through the window. I saw it on my way to work at 11am, and it was unchanged at 6pm when I returned. No cars in the driveway so I just wanted to be sure whoever owns the house is notified.
