Anonymous caller said there are 10-12 bags of trash (some open) in the backyard of 728 W. Allen Street. He also said the grass at the location is very high and the the former tenant hasn't been around for awhile.
There is no sign instructing vehicles leaving the Jordan Avenue garage driveway that they are entering a roundabout, so most of them turn left by entering the roundabout and immediately turning left. This causes near-head-on collisions as vehicles driving south on Jordan follow the roundabout around to enter the parking garage driveway.
Problem at corner of Brownridge and Smith Rd. It is difficult to turn from Brownridge into Smith and onto 3rd ST because of growth (bushes) at the corner.
No offence, especially if this lands on Cliff my old friend, but the City website is really... not good. It never has been. It is nearly impossible to reasonably find anything other than departments (if you know what department you want). For example, I heard today that there are new regulations regarding fences on properties. Try to find those, I challenge you, either by navigating/guessing or by searching. Several searches in I finally get to this page: http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=695 "The links below..." finally sound promising... but there aren't any links below. Also, I'm accessing the site from IU, gigabit ethernet, very fast connection to the world... and every page is painfully slow to load. W Ralston and Rogers has a pothole near the drain culvert on the SW side. That transition is already rough since the last Rogers St. paving, so now it's rough turning N and S on Rogers. Is this one on the list?
6-12-12: Sidewalk not accessible to person in electric wheelchair; got stuck; rescued by two passers-by. East side of Walnut just south of 3rd street. rough gravel where sidewalk dug-up.

Earlier this evening I was in the left lane of Atwater, just west of Jordan Ave, and was behind another, taller car. The car in front of me pulled into the right lane, and that's when I realized it had pulled over because there were two cars heading toward us going west on Atwater. I honked, we all slowed down and stopped, then I pulled into the right lane and pulled up to the first car to inform it that this was a one-way street. The man driving it apologized, said he was from out of town and that he had just figured that out. This is not the first time that I have had this problem on Atwater, but it was the first time I actually thought I might have gotten hit. I strongly suggest adding some more obvious signage at both Jordan and Mitchell, which are the only two spots that I've ever noticed cars not heeding the existing traffic signs.

At the intersection of Pete Ellis Dr. and 10th St there are no markings to separate turning traffic from non-turning traffic; however, two lanes of cars form, and confusion as to which lane is to be used for continuing north on Pete Ellis is not uncommon. Today we were involved in another close call in which the car next to us also went straight. This resulted in angry honking from the other car, as it always does, even though I believe we were correct. Please mark the lanes in this intersection!!!
