Cobra light on North- West corner come on and off in A.M. I walk in this area every morning around 6:20 a.m. - light is usually off and is dangerous because it is a busy intersection and the cars can not see me because it is dark.
Old Cadillac with a flat tire and open sunroof has been parked on the grass with the rear partially blocking the alley. It's been there for months with an expired plate

Please fix the cracking and loose sidewalk. The residents have started pouring their own mortar since it's dangerous.
Snow has not been removed from the sidewalk in front of these apartments since the first snow. It’s dangerous to walk on b/c it’s all ice covered.
