Hello! On 12/9/24, I was involved in a car accident. I was driving west on 7th St., which had no stop signs along the stretch I was driving. A driver going north on Grant assumed it would be a 4 way stop, and after stopping, drove forward into my car and t-boned my driver’s side door. Both cars were totaled. My back is still sore. I am not sure if signage exists that cross traffic does not stop, or if a new traffic plan is in consideration, but I wanted to let someone know there was an incorrect 4 way stop assumption made at this intersection that resulted in an accident. Black Miata idles for 30 minutes a day--every single day in the morning and in the evening. Often parks in handicap space in the evening.

How is it possible that the owner of 3 vehicles, all of which have expired license plates (2 expired this month, 1 last year November) lets his vehicles sit in the street without the Parking Enforcement officer doing anything about it? One car is a white SUV, the other one is a white Sedan, the third one is a red Ford truck. This truck has been sitting in the place where it is now for over 3 months (at least) without having been moved. This is NOT an abandoned vehicle. It just sits there, taking up parking space in front of a neighbor's house.

My trash/recycle was not picked up this past Monday since a car parked too close to the containers. Sanitation person said she would arrange a pickup om Friday. NO ONE PICKED UPI MY TRASH. I contacted them again and the switchboard person said she would email them to call me. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I contacted the Mayors office and the recording said to leave a my phone # to receive a call back. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I understand there are phone problems but it should not mean that the residents of this city should be neglected. Regardless of the phones, my trash should have been picked up on Friday. I would like to speak to someone in charge, not some underling that will blow me off. My number is 812-327-2949

Uneven sidewalk. My son tripped over and fell on his face. Please do something about it. There are many kids living in this area. Both in front of 2417 and 2409 e Canada dr have uneven sidewalks

uReport Case #199681... this vehicle was reported last Tuesday 12/17/24 ... it had not moved for 3 days... this vehicle still has not moved, the snow on the windshield and the rock on the tire the Parking Enforcement Officer put on the tire ... is also proof the car has been parked past the acceptable time period... please enforce the Parking Rules

6 to 8 inch round hole about foot or 2 from curb in Northbound lane. Dirt washed out. Will need some gravel fill before asphalt. Location near 1101 & 1105 S Henderson
