There are at least 2 street lights out near this area. The first is on the north side of Kirkwood just about to the point you would turn south at the light. The next is near the little hamburger store (on that side of the street) just as you turn west onto west 3rd street
Trails heading west are degrading in condition. Several large cracks and empty voids along the trail. Also Limbs along the trail are ridiculously low. Several are less than 5 feet off the ground and need trimmed. They need to be at least 6 feet up so people of average height can travel without issues of getting smacked in the face with tree limbs that are soaking wet. Please resolve both issues
Sidewalks are covered in snow. No effort has been made to clear them.

Location: 1212 S High St (High & Covenanter) Notes: The stormwater conveyance is public, and the wall is in the ROW. Homeowner came to CBU with the following complaint & request: The stone retaining wall next to the ditchline is deteriorating; this is the 2nd failure in the wall due to drainage problems. Homeowner states that the ditch is in poor condition, not flowing properly, and full of "mud piles", etc which is causing erosion below the wall. He is requesting a call to schedule a time to meet onsite to show staff what is happening and determine what can be done about it. If he is not available by phone, he requests that we knock on the door upon arrival so they are aware of our visit and will walk the site with us. Between Fountain Drive and Vernal Pike on Crescent, there are about a half dozen collapsed utility cuts across the road which are quite jarring when driven over.

The alley running west off Pine Street between Kirkwood and 6th has numerous potholes. it is paved where it comes off Pine and it is this section that is very rough and needs attention
Traveling south towards this intersection, as if you're traveling on Adam towards 2nd/bloomfield, this light is failing to detect cars and switch. This is the 3rd time I've waited 6+ minutes and having to then get out of my car, hit the pedestrian traffic signal, just to get the light to sometimes change.
