The lights on 3rd street between Patterson and Curry are horribly timed. You are lucky to get through a light on the 5th cycle. I don't understand why these lights are so badly timed when lights on Walnut/College are so well timed. Thank you!
Good morning, I am just curious if our trash and recycle will be picked up this week. I am at 1110 N Jackson Street. Our trash/recycle did not get picked up for two weeks during the holidays and it became an issue where we could not fit all of our recycle in the bin within your guidelines and had to keep it another week. Area needing snow removal: E. Longview Ave. from the east entry corner of Kingston to the Park Ridge Park. No removal during snow for some reason - it's a mess. Removal today please - it is hazardous.

while walking downtown this morning, 2 areas need snow & ice removal for pedestrians please. i was walking from the city bus-station toward firestone business, & the median in the middle of 3rd street there needs to be cleared for pedestians. another trouble spot: on 6th street between walnut & washington, where the alley intersects with the sidewalk, still has ice (the side of the street that has a tattoo shop). thanks

it is taking far too long to get from Landmark ave. to the Mcdonalds on west 3rd. I spent 20 minutes today in that area and there wasn't an accident nor workers working. I have worked with doctors who did their residency at County general in Chicago, and they on more than one occasion that they could get from one side of downtown chicago to the other faster than getting across Bloomington. That says something for our traffic flow!
Several potholes on E Second, starting at the schools, all the way to the intersection with Woodscrest. Also one large pothole on Woodscrest, close to the intersection with E Second, where the military establishment is.
