The new traffic light's timing is too short for traffic traveling east/west on Bloomfield Road. At best it stays green for 20 seconds before switching to red to let 1 or two cars from the Sportsplex/Millennium Apartment's go. Traffic westbound is worse than it was before the installation of the light, somehow.
North-facing Speed limit sign reads "30" at this location; however, on Woodlawn at 7th, a south-facing speed limit sign reads "25." Checking Bloomington Code, this stretch of Woodlawn Ave does not appear in Schedules I or J—thus making the speed limit 25 mph by 15.24.010 and IC 9-21-5-6. "Speed limit 30" sign on Woodlawn just south of 10th should be corrected to read "Speed limit 25."

Address is 1437 W Countryside Lane in Sunflower Gardens association. We've formed Neighborhood Watch and want to put up signage, but need to know where they can be placed and to alert city so their placement is approved and they won't be taken down. To whom should I speak?
My phone number, 812-219-6692 is improperly being associated with "Red Brick Apartments" in Bloomington. I receive wrong number phone calls at all hours. When speaking to a wrong number, they informed me my number was posted at the "Sloan Center" on Walnut Street, an organization helping those less fortunate to find homes. The sidewalk on the east side of Sare Road, just north of Jackson Creek, appears to have been the site of a recent one car accident, with quite a few Pontiac car parts littering the sidewalk. The adjacent light pole also appears to have been hit, and parts of the lamp are on the sidewalk as well as across the road (on the west side of Sare). Thanks for your kind assistance!

I am the VP of Peppergrass HOA and want to report that two storm sewer basins which are located in the center of the roads in Pepperchase and Grasstree Ct have sunken sever inches below the road surface and create a significant jolt when a care passes over them. Ther are also about a dozen places on the roads in Peppergrass that could use patching.
