I tried and tried to get the "location" to 2238 S Sweetbriar circle, but it kept saying 2227, not 2238. Anyway, the locust trees in the tree plot in front of my house have limbs growing toward the ground. I have to practically get on my knees when mowing to get under one of them. Many of the trees in this addition have limbs very low to the ground, sidewalks, streets, or peoples' yards and need some trimming.
Traffic signals at College Mall Road and Covenanter Drive are not working correctly. Left turn arrows are being presented even with no cars waiting to turn. Signal duration also seems to be working incorrectly and unrelated to actual traffic flow/demand. (This problem seems to have started the recent power outage and signal work at this intersection.)
Light is completely out. No flashers.
Street light out in the middle of the 300 block on the west side of Lincoln. It is an acorn light in the middle of the block just north of 7th street and the alley.
Streetlight out at corner of Highland and East 1st Street. Very dark, lots of foot traffic, very dangerous situation. Please fix ASAP
One of the stop signs is missing at the corner of Clark and 7th. It is the sign on the east side of the intersection that stops westbound traffic. The other 3 signs appear to be intact.

I recently attended a peaceful protest downtown for the Black Lives Matter movement. The Mayor gave a very nice and well received speech on the courthouse lawn. I have found that this speech has since been posted to YouTube where I have had the chance to listen to it again. During his speech he spoke about transparency at all levels in local Government. The Mayor also made mention of the fact that window tint was being removed from all Police cars in order to promote this. I believe that this was a step in the right direction. Yet despite this, I still have seen administrators at the Department getting in and out of their cars while I walk to class and while they are driving around town with window tint still on their Police cars. Why has the window tint not been removed from these Police vehicles despite the fact that the Mayor wants complete and total transparency and these are people that should be some of the most transparent ones out there?
