To City of Bloomington, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of myself, my roommates, and our neighbors regarding a growing concern in our neighborhood. Every evening, around 4:00 p.m. and continuing through the night, we experience an influx of hundreds of crows flocking to our street and surrounding area. This results in a significant accumulation of bird droppings on our cars, as well as on nearby properties. The volume of droppings has become so excessive that it poses a risk to residents walking or entering their vehicles, as the droppings frequently land on people and properties. While I understand this may sound unusual, the situation has persisted for over two weeks, and we are becoming increasingly concerned about the potential health implications. The sheer volume of droppings is difficult to understate, and we believe it could lead to further issues if left unaddressed. The attached PDF includes proof of others cars as well as a photo of just one area of trees where the crows sit for hours. We would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how this matter can be resolved, as we feel it is beginning to impact our quality of life. At https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/parkingmap the map shows either Residential Parking or Other Permit Required (can't tell which as the symbols are identical) on one block South and one block East of the intersection E. Smith Ave. and S. Dunn St. I don't believe this is accurate. I have not seen signs posted in this area and there are not adjoining residences. They are also not in a Zone.

The city Public wifi and city secure network wifi are not working in Waldron, Hill, and Buskirk Park.
Currently, the city only has one method for filing noise complaints, which is to call the number listed on the city's website. Having only one reporting method is extremely ineffective, and limiting the reporting method to only verbal communication creates a barrier for accessibility. There are individuals who cannot communicate over the phone - like me. Illness stole my voice years ago, but my hearing was not impacted - I still hear the noise. I just can't report it. Not sure what an adequate fix would be, as it would have to be something that is regularly monitored. (Address provided is rough estimate of area where heavy bass plays frequently, it could be one of these houses or an apartment building - I needed to put a location on the map, so I included that one.)

I noticed ice here a few times last winter but thought it was just frozen road runoff and it wasn’t super cold last year so ice build-up wasn’t significant. But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this. Low water pressure. Over the past year our domestic water pressure has been getting worse and is now perhaps at a 1/4 of what it should be. We have had the line from the meter to the house replaced previously. I expect we have a connection issue to the water main. Please advise.
Our water is not working in any faucets. There is some construction outside but there was no warning that our water would go out.
