Hello, I’m writing concerning a little stretch of S. Rose Ave that could use some new asphalt. It looks like the road bed was laid down at some point, but never got completely finished. Easiest to see from an overhead view (attached). Vehicles turning south on Rose Ave are always coming off the road at the corner and churning up the gravel and grass on the verge. It’s pretty unsightly. I don't know when S. Rose is due for a new surface (S. Anita got one a year or two ago), but is there any chance of having that section cleaned up when it does? For weeks now there has been a Kroger (?) cart full of bicycle parts plus a whole bike in the yard at 814 S Eastside Drive. The cart surely was stolen from a store. Can you check out this strange situation?

Residents at 814 S. Eastside Drive routinely park on their lawn to fit 4 to 5 vehicles in the driveway. There are 2 cars parked on the lawn.

My mowing service sheared off the water meter sensor in my yard. I can’t even find all the pieces, so it will have to be replaced. They also knocked the cover loose so that will have to be secured. If I need to pay for this just put it on my monthly water bill and I’ll collect from my mower. Thanks and sorry!
