I'd like to address that there is severe mold issues on the pickleball and tennis courts at RCA park. The black mildew/mold issue has caused numerous instances with pickleball play and tennis play becoming a safety issue due to how slippery the surface get's. Many people have been slipping lately because the mold creates a very slippery surface. I'd like to suggest and request that someone comes to take a look at the issues near the back of the courts towards the woods. It would be greatly appreciated if the courts could be pressure washed off and the mold removed. Please feel free to contact me via my email provided for any further questions or dispositions. The lights installed at the RCA Park Pickleball Courts are incredibly bright and send light hundreds of feet into the surrounding park, the woods near the park, and the surrounding homes close to the park. It is a real disruption to those of us who live near the park and I am also concerned about the disruption it has on local wildlife. Would it be possible to have the lights adjusted in some way to reduce the overall light pollution either by lowering their output or changing the angle? I have photos of the issue I can send if that would be helpful.

Mowing at RCA Park is the issue... wondering why the contractor never mows the entire field... most of the time they only mow the edges...they spend less than an hour on the entire park..just wish the would mow the entire field!

Drainage, Retention ditch behind my residence needs to be cleaned and maintained... it is filling up with weeds, small trees, debris... I was told it would be kept clean to allow for better drainage! Who is responsible for maintenance of this ditch?! Thanks so much

I am writing to bring attention to an issue I am facing as a new homeowner at 909 W Cardinal Ct, Bloomington, IN. There is a runoff in my backyard that originates from a creek in a nearby park. This runoff significantly affects the usability of my property, as I am unable to extend my backyard or fully maintain the lawn beyond my fenced-in area due to flooding. As the homeowner, I am responsible for cleaning and mowing the area on the other side of the fence, but i cannot access this space due to the water accumulation. I have reviewed the blueprint and property lines (LOT 4), and I do not believe there should be a body of water running through my backyard. I am also aware that my neighbors have previously complained about this issue, and I would like to resolve it so that I can fully enjoy and utilize my entire property. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter, as I am paying a substantial mortgage but am unable to fully access my entire property. Thank you for your time and consideration.
