Dirt eroding out to sidewalk and road by Blackwell project house on 17th st past cleaners

New apartments being build with very poor drainage caused new flooding on park square drive at enterence of complex. Never had flooding in the area before and water runs right down new enterence into drain that is being clogged with mud from construction and is not big enough for area. Flooding caused many new potholes on said road.

This pond scum was not present from 2019 until this year. Regency multi family purchased the land about 2 years ago. Concerned about lawn chemicals and fertilizers in this retention pond which feeds into creek along creek’s edge drive. A Beaver lives here in the past and a rare Duck. I am writing to bring attention to an issue I am facing as a new homeowner at 909 W Cardinal Ct, Bloomington, IN. There is a runoff in my backyard that originates from a creek in a nearby park. This runoff significantly affects the usability of my property, as I am unable to extend my backyard or fully maintain the lawn beyond my fenced-in area due to flooding. As the homeowner, I am responsible for cleaning and mowing the area on the other side of the fence, but i cannot access this space due to the water accumulation. I have reviewed the blueprint and property lines (LOT 4), and I do not believe there should be a body of water running through my backyard. I am also aware that my neighbors have previously complained about this issue, and I would like to resolve it so that I can fully enjoy and utilize my entire property. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter, as I am paying a substantial mortgage but am unable to fully access my entire property. My neighbor's sewage line has been overflowing and freezing in the alleyway between our homes. Now that the temperature is warming up, it has begun to smell. They have done nothing about this issue, even when I brought it up to them.

There are some bushes that need to be trimmed on N. Jackson St. I was almost T-boned today because when you are coming from the stop on 16th St, you can't see the traffic coming up N. Jackson St. (from 17th St.) If you look left and right at the 16th St/N. Jackson St. stop sign, you can barely see either way for oncoming traffic. It was almost a bad accident today with me - I hope no one else is involved in one due to this.
