I gave a friend a ride home on Tuesday night around 9:00 pm. He lives in a small trailer park off of South Ransom Lane (831 S Ransom). It was very difficult to get to his home because his driveway was mostly blocked by another resident's belongings. This resident has his entire property covered with furniture and vehicles, including a van that has been flipped upside down. It is a huge mess! Would this be something the city could look into?

Snow is never cleared at this address, why do I as a parent have to act like the police. Children walk to school. This house is a repeat offender, so this is one more thing to do as a parent? A possum got in out air conditioning vents and we have tried to work with our management company and their maintenance guy on removing the animal when we first heard it and spotted it. They did nothing about it and now they is a strong odor coming into the house through the vents. After countless times of trying to reach both the maintenance guy and Action Properties Management, the smell is now getting worse from the animal dying in the vents and rotting and they are still taking no action. I want to file a complaint since now it is becoming a health concern and this company is being careless of our health.
The owner of the shopping center where Kroger is located. Is not clearing the sidewalks of snow & there is nothing but slippery ice as of last night on 1/13/2025. I assume that other property owners further East & West of the Kroger bus stop area for this shopping center, are neglecting sidewalks as well.
You have previously notified me that this location of sidewalk next to bus stop on south-side of road for Kroger on East side of town, is "Resolved." However, this sidewalk is merely trampled snow from people walking through the snow, to where said unshoveled snow has now become a worse issue: It is now a thick layer of slippery ice waiting for a accidents to occur to pedestrians. It either needs to have the ice plowed-up & removed or it need an enormous amount of salt to make it safe. Just because an unshoveled sidewalk has been trampled-doen by pedestrians into a thick blanket of unsafe ice, does not 1ualify this sidewalk as "resolved." Please clarify your intentions to remedy this sidewalk into a safe one for pedestrians.

Sidewalk on N. Smith Rd for Granite property has remained unshoveled & unsalted since first snow fall of this year, forcing as a disabled man to walk in the street.
Shopping Center strip mall property owner has not shoveled or salted sidewalk, forcing me as a disabled man to walk in street.
