I am secretary of our HOA and this is a question about what is being done in our neighborhood--Cedar Springs Subdivision. Over the past couple of weeks we have had several services marking utilities and today stakes were set to mark the right of way. Can you please tell me what work on utilities is to follow as a result? Thank you!
The sidewalk adjacent to the brick sidewalk, in front of the hotel, gradually increases in height and is a tripping hazard. It needs to be marked with a stripe or something. I recently tripped over it, banging up my knee and breaking my glasses. Please fix. Thanks!
The left traffic signal on North Kinser Pike at State Road 45/46 does not show a flashing yellow. The left turn arrow goes from green to red and never flashes yellow. Traffic is sitting there, not turning when there are no cars coming because it is a red arrow.
The house west of 402 S. Highland has a drainage pipe out to the alleyway (alley south of Atwater, between highland and Ballantine). Due to the heavy rains and this pipe, there is a huge gully in the alleyway that makes it nearly impossible and quite treacherous to get to our parking spot off the alley. The gully is deepening (is deeper than this photo attached, which was taken earlier this summer) and alley is becoming impassable. Our renters depend on the parking spot and need to be able to access it.
Brand new intersection —-ponding water on crosswalk. The water drained fine before the street was repaved.
When heading south from the bypass onto College Mall Rd, the traffic light at Eastland Plaza and College Mall Rd turns red as the light at Third St turns green, so traffic has to immediately stop and it backs up to Third St. Eastland Plaza light needs to be green when the Third St light is green
The light cycle is messed up. The Rockport light is green or very long time which is causing the traffic on Tapp to back up.
When turning left out of the B-Line trailhead on W Country Club Drive, the visibility is blocked by foliage just off the sidewalk. This makes it very difficult to see the oncoming traffic, and could cause an accident. The solution is straightforward, trim back the foliage that is blocking the line of sight.
The stop light going north and south is ridiculously short. We need more time to let all the cars through. Sometimes the light goes three times before we can go through it.
