We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. I called a year ago for a recycling bin for my residence at 3607 E. Morningside Dr. After confirming that I own the property and that I do not have any recycling bins, I was told that the bin would be dropped off on my next recycling pick up. It was not. I called again and was told that you were very sorry and it would be there the next week. As most of my neighbors have 2 or 3 recycling bins, I can only assume the address was written down incorrectly. Therefore, I am emailing this request to make sure that the bin comes correctly to 3607 E. Morningside Dr. Thank you, Liz
Please, please, please, help me find out when we need to set out the recycling without my having to buy stupid Word to download a copy of the magnet the City never sent us. At least they didn't ask for my credit card number or I'd be really, really mad.
The trash cans in the business district, along Kirkwood Ave. stink.
The 500 block of West Kirkwood has a trash container fastened to the #3 bus stop sign on the south side of the street. Folks are good about using it to dispose of their trash. However, the bus stop on the north side of the street is without a trash container---so there's litter all over the grass, curb and sidewalk. I don't know who distributes or cleans these containers, but I'd like to see a trash container attached to the stop sign on the north side of the street in the 500 block of West Kirkwood. This area is part of the BEAD district and should be kept as clean as possible. Thank you! --Chris Paputsas

I used green sticker on large paper bags for yard waste but they were not picked up. What did I do wrong? 422 E Dodds St. NO NOtice was left. This is the 2nd time this happened on recycle pick up day.
Today on June 20 2017 I was standing at my window watching the Recycling Pickup crew look at my Recycling and decided not to pick it up so they write me and leave a note saying it's not properly sorted. I am getting very upset with the recycling pickup. They like to pick and choose when they want to pick up my recycling. I sort out my recycling the same way every single time and sometimes the choose to pick it up and sometimes the choose not to. This time they decided not to , and I can almost guess it's because it rained last night and got the paper bags a little wet. So they was to lazy to pick up my recycling. This is very messed up. Big time. Please have someone call me to discuss this issue because it's getting really ridiculous. They should not be working if they do not want to do their job right.
