We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Someone dumped their trash in our bin without our permission. This caused the lid to be propped open.
The lid on our recycling bin is broken
Broken glass pieces left in the street in where the rear loading truck picks up the recycling. We have swept the street for the past two weeks. See attached photo. I have reported this to the office by phone today (12/21/17)

If I have a large piece of cardboard, such that a 55" TV came in, does that have to be cut up in small pieces and tied in a bundle to fit in the recycle container? Thanks
