Abandoned Vehicle

There's a silver Jeep Liberty parked facing the wrong direction on Allen between S. Washington and Walnut. It has been there for several weeks. I am assuming it was abandoned because it hasn't been moved for weeks, and one of the windows was left down.

I am not sure how the crime map works? I selected it and the left hand menu shows Bloomington, IN. HOwever, it remains on a US map and displays a modal pop-up that says "Please check the address for accuracy and try again." I was using Chrome.

There has been a navy blue trailer parked in front of my house for over a week now. I have never seen anyone get into it and hasn't been moved since it first showed up. Is there any regulations for how long someone can leave an abandon trailer somewhere?

The address is 210 Ridgeview Drive. There's a green SUV that has a flat tire, parked alongside the road for over a month - NEVER moving. It makes a bottleneck on the street right there, and if you're heading towards Walnut St. Pk. you cannot see if there is oncoming traffic when you're trying to go around this vehicle.

I have reported numerous times that there is a black dodge durango permanently parked on the City street in front of this address. It has been there close to two years. I have also reported a ford ranger parked in front of 3141 S Piccadilly that is permanently parked there. Can the police department PLEASE tag them for towing? Isn't City code that they can not be parked there more than 72 hours? Why have a code if it is not enforced?

There was evidence that someone is trying to live in the woods on the northern section of the NL trail at Griffy Lake. I hiked parked of this trail 8/26/16 and saw what seemed to be the beginnings of a make shift shelter as well as various Styrofoam to go containers scattered throughout this part of the trail.
There was a man who was clearly not on a recreational hike on the NL trail who we saw multiple times before we decided to turn back and head towards the NS trail. The man had long brown hair, was clearly dirty and smelled strongly. He was young (less than 40 years old). We saw him several times on different parts of the NL trail and it was clear he was not hiking the trail in a linear fashion (possibly going of trail to cut to a different part?).
The presence of this man plus the food containers/shelter seemed very suspicious and VERY unsafe for recreational hikers. Please have someone take a look out there to clean up the trash/take down the shelter.
I have a attached an image marking the location of the food/shelter. Feel free to contact me with additional questions/concerns.

The same group of people is claiming and staying in the gazebo at the Building and Trades park every single day. They are there from open to close, sometimes sleeping on the ground as if it is their personal camp site. Nobody else has a chance to use the shelter because this group is there the entire time the park is available for use. This was a problem last year, and the group referred to the park as their "turf" during an altercation with my neighbors. My house was recently broken into, and it concerns me to know that there are people who can just sit there all day and see exactly when we are coming or going. I don't mind people using the park (because public use is the purpose of a park), but I think it is unreasonable for one group of people to practically live in the park and claim the shelter every day, to the exclusion of other park users. It would be helpful if they could inhabit a different park - or just be somewhere else - on at least some days.
