Neighbors are wondering what this metal black box is, zip-tied to the entrance of the Eastside Neighborhood (where Hunter turns into the walking path on Mitchell). Is this something the City has installed and, if so, what is it? If it is not City-sanctioned, can it be removed? It's a little creepy. Thank you on behalf of Eastside neighbors.
The light outside of 314 S. Henderson St. has been out for about a week, which makes it quite difficult to drive down the side street and to walk there without worrying about running into other people and cars. Is it possible that that light might be replaced soon? Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello, my child is a student at Ivy Tech Bloomington and has classes in two Ivy Tech locations that are across the street from each other on Liberty Dr. The concern is that she (and many students who don't have cars) must cross Liberty Dr at very busy times during the day to reach her next class, changing buildings. Please ensure there is School signage and a stop sign on Liberty Drive across the 2 Ivy Tech buildings so that the pedestrians/students can safely cross Liberty Dr when attending classes. Owner year after year REFUSES to trim back her over grown weeds that have grown into trees. They hang over on my property and hang onto my roof.
Not a pothole, but I couldn't find a means of making this request. Utilities recently repaired a water leak on North Dunn Street just north of Tamarack Trail. The repair is worse than a nuisance; it is rather dangerous. The repair of new asphalt rises up to speed bump heights, bone jarring and quite hard on the vehicles passing over it. Motorists now are driving off the road on either side to avoid this obstacle. At speeds greater than 10 mph one's vehicle is in danger of damage. Would you please check this obstacle and take action to repair the repair? Many thanks.
street light is out at my daughter's apartment complex, it's the only one out in the area and I feel as if this is a safety issue
Prior to the road construction,there were arrows indicating that the left lane was a left turn only lane. The right lane is the one to go straight through to Jordan Avenue. Now that the arrow is no longer there, people in the left only lane are also driving straight through Jordan Ave causing mutilple close call accidents. Why is the left lane arrow missing on the pavement?
