This was taken at 4:59pm... It seems rediculous and even rude to choose rush hour to block the ONLY east-west road that isn't crippled by construction. The driving situation is bad enough as it is- can't this kind of work be done in non-peak hour traffic?

The timing on these lights are all wrong and you need to delay drivers on Kimble longer during peak travel!
