Corner of Patterson and Allen. Traffic light timing is off at 6:00 am there is a long wait with no other cars in the intersection. Last time this happened pedestrian button was stuck.

The lights on 3rd going over 37 and points west are not timed correctly... The traffic backup in the evenings rivals cities 5 times our size!
