Turning south on College Mall from westbound 3rd is getting backed up because the signal at College Mall and the entrance to the mall doesn't turn green for southbound traffic in time. The result is that traffic travelling East on 3rd cannot proceed trough the intersection.

Moored pike and college mall rd. went through cycle at least 3times without letting traffic go west. I go through that intersection about 7:30-7:45 tues and thurs. Does not occur every time.

Traffic continually builds up here. The addition of the I-69 interchange will only make things worse. Very little traffic comes from northbound or southbound Rockport Rd. especially at peak travel times. A flashing red/yellow light combination would be a great improvement to a four way stop, even if only temporarily.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.
